Your tasks: Research-related collaboration in the project Mainstreaming Social-Ecological Sufficiency (MaSES). In particular:
Conceptualization and analysis of social discourses on sufficiency. Develop scenarios and strategies for closing the gap between ecologically permissible and socially acceptable levels of household consumption. Identify leverage points for the transition to socio-ecological sufficiency at household level. Completion of your doctorate based on English-language peer-reviewed journal publications. Your profile: A completed masters degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant research field. A strong theoretical foundation in sustainability science and the ability to bring together ideas from different fields of knowledge. Previous experience with social-ecological scenario development/analysis is desirable. A demonstrated ability to speak and write in English. An ability and willingness to work in a diverse team that includes people of different genders, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds. An ability to work independently and take a leadership role in a large, complex interdisciplinary research project. Your application:
